Old Balance founded by Roy Shum Wai Hoi, Chung Kiu Ng @ Hong Kong & Carl Nietzsche Schumacher @ Germany in 2013, from Fixed Gear Culture.We are a small & low impact shop - we reuse and recycle as much as we can, source locally, and use recycled and recyclable products to create gear that is practical and durable and still attractive and functional.Thanks for visiting, and feel free to convo about opportunities, suggestions, comments, repairs, or custom work!

ONLINE STORE
Our web store is open for both domestic and international orders. A shipping surcharge is required to process an order for all orders. Shipping charges will be calculated via weight rate assigned to the designated country.

All prices on this site are in USD, United States Dollar. We reserve the right to amend prices on this site at any point of time.
EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY
Exchanges are only allowed when customers received a wrong order in terms of items and size. Exchanges are only permitted up to 14 days after delivery with the condition of originally sold, and must include a copy of the invoice, packing list, or other proof of purchase showing the buyer's name. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Our commitment to customer satisfaction means any faulty item can be returned, with proof of production malfunction, for a replacement, to which this applies only for item that are purchased via our web store. If the faulty item that was purchased is out of stock, eligible items may be exchanged for equal or lesser value of original purchased price
